Hi and thanks for taking a minute to check out my blog page.  After nearly 10 years working as a fitness professional, I decided to create this blog as a additional resource for my clients.  The goal of this is to provide simple, basic and above all useful information to help you with your health and fitness goals. Think of this as the 101's of building a solid foundation of health and fitness.  I know it is tempting to sometimes skip the boring old basics, but the reality is you cannot build a house without first building a rock solid foundation.  That is what the goal and overall purpose of this blog is.  Rather than sharing the super detailed, unnecessarily complicated and impractically advanced information that a small percentage of common folks need, I hope to share more of the practical ideas that you can easily implement immediately, without getting stuck in information paralysis.  Keep in mind that this is meant to speak to all of my clients, so not every post is going to relate to you specifically.  I work with a wide range of clients with varying goals including sports performance, weight loss, general fitness, healthy eating, strength training, physique transformation, etc.  Some of what is posted here will relate to all these goals, while some may be specific to those with a specific goal.  Either way, I encourage you to interact.
